1. About the platform
Shiteni Procurement Exchange (Shiteni PX), operated by Shiteni Innovation Limited, connects organizations and individuals involved in private procurement, sourcing and related services. Platform participation does not by itself establish an agency, employment or partnership relationship.
2. Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only the permissions granted to you. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify support promptly of suspected misuse.
3. Listings and procurement
Publishers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their notices and requirements. Participants are responsible for their submissions, due diligence and compliance with applicable rules. A listing, verification status or payment does not guarantee a contract, award or opportunity.
4. Confidentiality and acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material; access another user’s information without authorization; interfere with the platform; or use confidential procurement information outside its authorized purpose. Respect applicable intellectual property rights.
5. Charges and service availability
Any paid service is subject to the price, taxes and service terms shown before an order is placed. Access to features may depend on verification, permissions or a valid membership. Availability may change for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
6. Suspension and records
Access may be restricted where needed to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with legal obligations. Closing or restricting an account does not automatically remove records that must be retained for legal, audit or procurement purposes.
7. Questions and disputes
Contact support with concerns about these terms or platform activity. Any specific dispute, cancellation or remedy is subject to the relevant agreement and applicable law. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
