Payments and refunds

Before payment
The applicable price, currency, taxes and service period should be presented before an order is confirmed. A payment is confirmed only after its status is verified. Verification, procurement outcomes and awards are not guaranteed by payment.
Requests and disputes
Contact support with the transaction reference and a description of the issue. Refunds, duplicate charges, cancellations and disputes will be assessed against the applicable service terms and law. Do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials to support.
Renewals
Renewal terms and any recurring payment authorization should be disclosed before purchase. The availability of payment and renewal methods depends on the service configuration.
